Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ramón Español Díaz del Río and I have more than 25 years of experience in the hotel sector.

During all this time I have performed functions in distribution, implementation, support, and evolution of software related to the companies Prestige Software and James & Rita, having also had the opportunity to be a client of the same.

My degree is in IT systems, electronics, and project management, my entire professional career has been around the hospitality industry and more specifically in the customer service sector.

As a distributor I have had the opportunity to implement hotels throughout Spain and in countries such as Tunisia, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Hungary, Croatia, Montenegro, Cape Verde, etc, in the main Spanish chains such as AC, ABBAHotels, H10, Servigroup, Occidental Hoteles, and Iberostar, among others, having implanted more than 150 hotels worldwide throughout all these years.

As a client of Prestige Software while working for the Iberostar hotel chain, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge by being responsible for Customer Care (for internal clients, staff of our hotels) for the EMEA area for the last 17 years.

All this has allowed me to carry out what I love the most, which is communication with people, being able to help improve their work by providing solutions in computer tools, cooperating with suppliers to improve integrations, and collaborating in the creation of new solutions for mobility.

My commitment has always been that of the greatest transparency and honesty with my clients, so that they have all things crystal clear from the beginning. As you will understand, this implies saying things openly, which is not always easy, but which has helped me to create great ties with all my clients.
